A chocolate base cake with a hidden filling of my fresh chocolate chip cookie dough inside, this cake is amazing when you stop there, but I add a chocolate ganache drizzle and a generous garnish of freshly-baked-then crushed chocolate chip cookies on top. Two treats in one!
