A very soft cookie with all the orange flavoring found in nature, topped with a simple orange flavored frosting. Evelyn's maternal family has enjoyed this recipe for decades, but it wasn't until a member of our church family described it that we decided to dust this oldie, but goodie off for Evelyn's clients. Sold by the dozen.
